An exciting recognition celebrates the impact of a recent interior office renovation project in Winnipeg.

At the BOMA Manitoba Awards of Excellence Luncheon, held on June 22 at the Metropolitan Entertainment Centre, LM | ESP was presented with the Tenant Improvement of the Year Award in the Major Renovation Category celebrating Colliers Winnipeg’s new office space. The criteria for this award focused on demonstrating how the project met the client’s aesthetic and functional objectives across a broad spectrum of areas throughout all stages of design planning and delivery, as well as the value added for the organization, the building itself and those who use the office space each day.

The Tenant Improvement of the Year Award represents a new category as part of the awards program. We wish to thank BOMA Manitoba for this inaugural recognition. Congratulations to our design team, the client, Colliers Winnipeg, all partners involved in this project and to all nominees and recipients recognized at this year’s event.
