LM Architectural Group and Environmental Space Planning would like to announce that Terry Danelley has made the decision to step down as principal of the firm. He will remain with LMAG in an advisory role and will continue to service his many long-term clients under the direction of the assigned Principal-in Charge. Terry embarked on his career with the firm in October of 1986, becoming Senior Design Architect in April of 1989.  He was appointed an Associate to the firm in September of 1990 and entered the partnership with Jim Orlikow in 1996 as the firm’s design principal. In addition to meeting the often onerous demands of limited budgets and difficult schedules, his work is characterized by his ability to provide a thoughtful exploration of human needs and an appropriate contextual response to site and program. He has demonstrated through his built work how a creative response can enrich the lives of all those who experience it. We look forward to his continued contribution in the years to come.   

LM Architectural Group and Environmental Space Planning are very pleased to announce that Corey Greenham, Shelly Slobodzian and Jon Trenholm have joined the partnership with David Kressock, Mike Isbister and Matt Bowering. Congratulations to all on being named Principals within the firm, rounding out now the third generation of Ownership in the firm’s 65+ year history. This is an important step in the continuing success of the firm that was first established by Mel Michener and Gerry Libling back in 1954.

Corey Greenham MRAIC MAA LEED AP BD+C

Corey has over 13 years of experience at LM Architectural Group with a primary focus in our Civic/Cultural and Commercial/Industrial sectors, exemplified in a wide range of project sizes and types.  He is actively involved on all of our Transportation, Recreation and Community projects, working closely with our Clients, leading user/stakeholder consultations and integrated project delivery teams with-in a collaborative working environment.  Corey is passionate about design with an emphasis on leading and fostering our sustainable design practices.  

Shelly Slobodzian BID PIDIM IDC NCIDQ ALE

Shelly is a professional interior designer with over 20 years of diverse project experience rooted in the firm’s corporate, commercial, hospitality, civic and education sectors.  She specializes in corporate design and leads the interior design for LM’s Education Team. Her project successes are achieved through a strong focus on communication, collaboration and establishing long term relationships to achieve our clients’ visions and goals with inspired design solutions. Together with Mike Isbister, Shelly is responsible for mentorship, marketing and business development for Environmental Space Planning, the interior design arm of LM Architectural Group.

Jon Trenholm   MAA MRAIC LEED AP BD+C ALE

Jon has over 15 years of experience within the profession with a primary focus on the design of educational and institutional facilities throughout the Prairies and NW Ontario. With a strong emphasis on sustainability and design rigour, Jon leads our Education Studio team in the programming, planning, design and delivery of a broad range of childcare, early years to high school and post-secondary projects. Further, his practice sectors include Healthcare, Research, Laboratory, Office and Civic/Cultural initiatives.
