David is an accomplished architect and principal with a broad range of experience developed across many building types and project delivery methodologies. From major civic facilities to post-secondary education, residential, commercial and recreation buildings, his breadth of knowledge and ability to guide clients to successful design solutions make him a valuable leader on any project.

As LM-ESP’s managing principal, David’s well-rounded design and technical abilities, budgetary awareness and communication skills allow him to effectively lead with a design approach that is both creative and value-driven.

David completed his Master of Architecture at the University of Manitoba in 1986 and joined the firm in 1987. He became a registered architect in 1988 and was appointed principal in 1999.
