LM is pleased to announce that the groundbreaking ceremony for The  Gaynor Family Regional Library and offices of The Selkirk and District Planning Area will take place Friday, November 2^nd, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., 806 Manitoba Avenue in Selkirk, Manitoba.

Construction of this new public facility is expected to begin in the coming weeks, with planned completion and subsequent opening to the public following in late 2013.
