Intermediate/Senior Architectural Technologists

The ideal candidates should have experience with management and production of Contract Documents for complex projects in excess of $10.0 M. Project types include hospitality, institutional, educational, healthcare, recreation and/or commercial facilities.

The positions require candidates to possess 5 and 10 years or more experience (respectively) in an Architectural Practice; Superior knowledge of building codes, building materials and construction techniques; excellent analytic, oral and written communication skills; and the ability to gather, analyze and organize technical information and building systems.

Other requirements include the ability to work well in a team environment; and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Word and Excel software. A proven ability to co-ordinate complex construction documents for architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems is required.

Academic qualifications must include post-secondary education in recognized technical or architectural programs and eligibility to register in respective technical or professional associations.
